Use MBDB analyze 2D gel

藉由2D gel跑出來的點進行Peptide Fingerprint Map，需要打Mass spectrum，之後出來的結果進行分析。
利用老師給的結果，進入MASCOT reserch來分析，附上網址:
http://www.matrixscience.com/search_form_select.html

接著選擇peptide Mass Fingerprint，進入下列視窗

輸入你的姓名、E-mail、search title、Detabase、欲切的enzyme、Taxonomy、Fixed
modifications、Variable modifications、Peptide tol. ±等等的需求，之後上傳你的Date File
就可以開始搜尋
